11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gdoop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gdoop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Gdoop in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gdoop is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice) and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
